After years of extensive research by the Swiss labs of Medosan, the flowers and fruits of the elderberry plant have been shown to be rich in vitamin C, flavonoids (vitamin P) and anthocyanins. Their highly antioxidant effects improve the condition of the body, deal well with flu symptoms, detoxify the skin and reduce itching and swelling. It also keeps the bowels clear and relieves intermittent constipation, soothes feelings to cheer you up, and keeps you sound asleep.
